Shipping your order
With an order in the Netherlands above 50 euros, shipping is completely free! for orders outside the Netherlands this is above 150 euros. The following overview applies to all other orders:
- The Netherlands
Shipping via Homerr, the costs are € 3.00. This is the most sustainable option to have your package shipped! Homerr will deliver your package to a collection point near you where you can pick up your package.
However, if you want to receive your package faster, you can also choose to send it via PostNL, the costs are € 4.50.
When ordering small products such as stickers or accessories, you also have the option to send by letter post, which costs € 1.00. However, we cannot provide track & trace!
Shipping via DHL, the costs are € 7.50.
Shipping via DHL, the costs are: € 7.50.
Shipping via DHL, the costs are: € 12,00.
Shipping via DHL, the costs are: € 14,00.

As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive an email with more information about the delivery.
Pre-orders will be sent when they are available as told on the website before purchase.
We do our best to send all orders to you within one working day, however it may happen due to circumstances that it takes a little longer, if you have any questions about this, please contact us via the methods mentioned on the contact page. If we are unable to send something within a week, we will contact you anyway or mention this on the website in advance.
Pick up at CrowBunny
It is also possible to pick up your order yourself in Garmerwolde (near Groningen). You can choose this when completing your order. Please contact us when you expect to come by and we will make sure everything is ready for you!
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after arrival without statement of reason. After cancelling the order you will have 14 days to return your parcel to Crowbunny. You will receive the full amount of the returned order excluding shipmentcosts (internationally). The costs for returning the products from your own home to us are for your own account. Consult the website of your chosen carrier for the exact rates that apply.
If you withdrawal your order and want to return your package, the product will be returned to us with all accessories supplied, unworn, unwashed and clean and in its original condition and packaging. If you want to return an item, please contact us via the contact form on the contact page and choose subject "Return request". We will then provide you with a return form which you can fill and and use to return your products.
CrowBunny is not responsible for errors during the return of products, in addition, we will not be able to accept packages for which additional costs are charged (if not enough postage is paid for example) and the relevant return will be canceled. Therefore, make sure that you send the return shipment to us in a correct way!
We will refund the order within 14 days after receipt of your return, if we received the returned products in good condition.
