On demand delivery
All our products are made on demand, which means we never overproduce or hold unnecessary stock. The trade-off is that delivery takes a little longer than with most shops, typically 1 to 2 weeks from order to delivery. We appreciate your patience. It will be worth the wait, thats for sure.

All orders are shipped via DHL. International orders are sent using DHL’s premium shipping service.

Due to the Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for all Countries”, shipments to the

Custom shipping
Most of our products are printed on demand and ship worldwide. Others, typically smaller items, we stock and ship ourselves. Because shipping costs for these products vary significantly by destination, they’re currently only available for delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. After cancelling, you have an additional 14 days to return your parcel to CrowBunny. You will receive a full refund of the returned order amount. Original shipping costs are not refunded. The cost of returning the products to us is at your own expense. Please consult the website of your chosen carrier for the applicable rates.
Returned products must be sent back with all accessories included, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page. We will then provide you with a return form.
CrowBunny is not responsible for errors made during the return shipment. We are unable to accept parcels for which additional postage costs are charged upon delivery. Please ensure your return shipment is correctly franked before sending.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the products are returned in good condition.
