We design and draw everything from scratch. Some designs even started as a simple pencil and paper drawing. Being an artist for CrowBunny is one of the things we enjoy most, right next to donating to charity. It’s an outlet for us to express our creativity! Everything we make is original artwork by Michiel or Linda.
From Doodle to Drop
Watch how a design of ours comes to life, from doodle to drop. Most of our designs start with a simple line drawing, sometimes even on paper. Occasionally we start with a text we want to use. The idea is then worked out by both of us into a final design.
The drawing is digitized and tweaked to perfection. Details are added, along with any text and effects. When we’re both happy with the result, we put it in the shop.
AI
In a world where AI is becoming more and more dominant, people start to assume we use it too, but they could not be more wrong!
We see ourselves as an ethical and environment-friendly business. Using other people’s art to train AI is, in our opinion, not an ethical choice. On top of that, using AI costs a lot of energy and water. It is not environmentally friendly, and therefore not an option for us either.
